How does it work?

When you sign up, you receive a unique U.S. address in Miami with which you can start shopping online--this address is where you'll receive your packages. When these packages arrive at your U.S. shipping address, they are then processed to be shipped internationally. As soon as they arrive at the country of destination, our agents then clear customs and send the packages to your home or office.

What do I get when I register?

An international shipping address accompanied by a series of unique Trans-Express tools that guarantee the handling and delivery of your packages purchased online. You will receive international shipping services at a very favorable cost and with high quality, compliant, and secure margins. In addition to these benefits, your physical address in Miami receives, classifies, and ships the documents or packages received to your account daily. Your physical address in Miami also allows you to follow the tracking of your orders.

What guarantees does the service include?

All your purchases are automatically backed by insurance of U.S. $9/lb up to U.S $100.00. At Trans-Express, we are responsible for your packages since they arrive and are located at the P.O Box until the final delivery at your home or office.

Is there an expiration date for my U.S. Shipping Address?

The service is for an indefinite term, but it can be deactivated if your U.S. shipping address shows inactivity for a year, or if you fail to pay for your service.

How do I authorize other users to my account?

To authorize someone else to use your P.O. Box, simply login to your account and go to the "Account Preferences" and select "Additional User". Please note that you can authorize any person you want. The use of the P.O. Box is under your responsibility; remember that all the correspondence and/or purchases you receive in your TransExpress P.O. Box will be debited from your credit card, even when the name of any other person whom you have authorized to use it appears on it and it will be sent to the address you have registered in TransExpress.

What happens if I forget my access code for tracking packages and reports?

If you forgot your password, click I forgot my password, and our automated system will send it to the email you registered. Or use "click here".

How do I register?

Fill out the form that appears on the Registration page. To open an account, you must provide a valid email address and delivery address. You can set up your payment afterwards.

Are there any restrictions on what I can ship?

The following shipments are considered restricted by the airlines (hazmat) and may require special handling to ship: Perfumes, aerosol cans, ink, dry ice, chemical products, and perishable goods. Other prohibited items include cash, jewelry, alcoholic beverages, fire arms and munitions, perishable goods, animals, medicines, and tobacco (unless they comply with the specific laws of entry of the specific country).

The following shipments are prohibited by the airlines and by no means can they be shipped: Inflammable goods, corrosives, explosives, weapons and munitions of any kind (this includes hunting weapons, arms for self-defense, tazers, mace, and paintball guns). Pornographic material is strictly prohibited. Other prohibited items include cash, jewelry, alcoholic beverages, fire arms and munitions, perishable goods, animals, medicines, and tobacco (unless they comply with the specific laws of entry of the specific country).

What documentation is needed for my packages to ship?

Your purchase require a Commercial Invoice to ship out. The commercial invoice is needed to declare your items at Customs in your country. You can send us your commercial invoice here.

Can I track my package?
